Implementation
With our certified Project Managers, you can be sure that our implementation will flow smoothly with our five step process:
- The system is configured to the needs of the restaurant. This includes building menus, creating dining room layouts, and designing print schemes.
- Specialized manager training is provided to ensure thorough understanding of the Back Office and Front of the House systems.
- The system is set up in our testing facilities for quality assurance prior to installation on site.
- Staff training is provided to servers, bartenders, cashiers, and all other users.
- On going training will be provided on the first day of system usage. This guarantees that any questions of final changes will be addressed immediately.
