Implementation

With our certified Project Managers, you can be sure that our implementation will flow smoothly with our five step process:

  1. The system is configured to the needs of the restaurant.  This includes building menus, creating dining room layouts, and designing print schemes.
  2. Specialized manager training is provided to ensure thorough understanding of the Back Office and Front of the House systems.
  3. The system is set up in our testing facilities for quality assurance prior to installation on site. 
  4. Staff training is provided to servers, bartenders, cashiers, and all other users.
  5. On going training will be provided on the first day of system usage.  This guarantees that any questions of final changes will be addressed immediately.
