Title: Help Desk Analyst

HotSauce Technologies is searching for a Help Desk Analyst.  The ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience providing helpdesk support over the phone.  The candidate must have strong analytical, communication, customer service, and follow up skills. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge in VB6.0, VB.NET, C# and SQL Server and have the ability to work both in a team environment and individually.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Provides first level problem determination for hardware and software related problems. Isolates problem trends and troubleshoots recurring problems to find permanent solutions.
  • Invokes problem-escalation procedures to coordinate resolution.
  • Interacts with clients with a high degree of tact and diplomacy to promote a positive image of the Company.
  • Provides Help Desk coverage during normal business hours and on-call support as required.
  • Documents reported problems in the problem management/work request data base and follows up.
  • Accurately communicates pertinent information to create a work environment that lends itself to the best interests of departmental personnel and customer service.

Responsibilities/ Qualifications

  • Identify, qualify, and prospect prospective restaurants in the market for a new POS system
  • Cold calling restaurant owners and decision makers to set up appointments introducing our products
  • Ability to Demonstrate our POS system
  • Build customer relationship and have the ability to CLOSE deals
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • Successful prior phone-intensive telemarketing or customer service experience
  • Computer Literate - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

HotSauce Technologies is searching for an implementation specialist to setup, configure, install, train, and support hardware and software systems for the hospitality industry.  This position is responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, training of new and existing customers, and providing onsite and remote support as needed by our clients.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Ensure that the proper installation tasks are completed for a timely implementation
  • Communicate with Project Manager, the account and appropriate personnel about project status, milestones and problems and assist whenever needed to ensure compliance and follow-thru
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills with the ability to work well with customers and with employees at various levels
  • A self-starter who is able to work independently and follow a detailed plan
  • Ability to assist with analysis of training needs and to conduct training sessions
  • Must be able to travel frequently, have own transportation and be on call 24 hours per day, 7 days a week
  • Deliver training to clients in a classroom or one-on-one environment
  • Manage expectations, provide escalation pathways, and document resolution of client issues.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Must have a professional sounding phone voice
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate individuals

Responsible for miscellaneous office area duties such as:

  • Coordinate activities with VP of Sales and Office Manager to achieve company goals
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries
  • Provides administrative support to all Atlanta employees as needed
